Earlier this month, Cinglevue hosted a group of student participants on the Global Leader Experience – an international leadership program initiative. The students were a highly diverse group from the University of Western Australia, tasked with the challenge of exploring an interesting and important topic; “How do we ensure technological innovation delivers societal as well as economic value in cities” from a local – Western Australian, perspective.
The Global Leader Experience is a leadership program run by Common Purpose – an international organisation, in partnership with UWA and Rio Tinto. It aims to help students develop their Cultural intelligence (CQ) – the ability to cross boundaries and thrive in multiple cultures – needed to become global leaders.
The team at Cinglevue thoroughly enjoyed the exchange with students on the day, openly discussing our vision: “to make learning tangible and realisable for all through the affordances of technology”. We wish the students all the best for the outcome of the program.
